1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of 1Website OÜ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

1Website OÜ provides advertising and marketing services including but not limited to:

• Digital marketing campaigns
• Brand development and design
• Media planning and buying
• Social media marketing
• Content creation

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Provide necessary materials and approvals
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by 1Website OÜ remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, agreed-upon materials will be transferred to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

1Website OÜ's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for completed work.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
